As Commissioner, Jim will work to:
- Ensure that precious tax dollars are spent
efficiently and effectively
- Ensure that law enforcement services are
adequately funded
- Increase funding for support services for
children and young families
- Find funding for employment opportunities for
young people
- Increase funding for public transit
- Maintain a model system of parks that are free
for public use
- Ensure that Kent County's fragile environment
is protected (from leaky septic systems, for example)
